For what purposes do we process your data?

Your data is processed for the purposes of concluding or performing a sales or service agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), handling complaints, fulfilling tax, reporting, and other obligations imposed on the Company by applicable laws (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Your data is also processed to pursue claims arising from concluded agreements, protect against claims, conduct statistics, and perform marketing activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The basis for the processing mentioned in the previous sentence is the Company’s legitimate interest in recovering overdue receivables, protecting its reputation, preventing unjustified claims, conducting financial and sales analyses, and promoting its business to maximize and guide further development.

The processing of your personal data will occur through document workflows such as invoices, warehouse documents, or warranty cards, as well as in an IT environment in the form of emails, entries in accounting and trade programs, or backups.

How long will we store your data?

Your data will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the agreement, our warranty obligations towards you, and for the period required to comply with accounting and tax obligations under the law, as well as until the limitation of potential claims.

If the processing of your data is based on consent, it will continue until the consent is withdrawn.

Who do we share your data with?

In the course of our activities, your data may be shared with external entities, including payment service providers, couriers and postal operators, IT system operators, entities providing legal services, and authorities authorized to receive your data under the law.

Your Rights

Providing your personal data is always voluntary; however, it is essential for us to perform actions aimed at concluding an agreement with you or fulfilling related obligations.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data, correct it, or delete it,
  • request the restriction of processing,
  • obtain information on the scope of data processing,
  • request the transfer of data entrusted to us.
